Employee Share Plan Specialist
An opportunity has arisen to join the Wesfarmers Remuneration team on a 12 month fixed term contract in the role of Employee Share Plan Specialist. This full-time, Melbourne based position is unique in its kind. Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for independently managing aspects of the Wesfarmers employee share plans in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Reporting to the Employee Share Plan Manager, this position has a key role in the management of the Wesfarmers Group’s long term incentive strategy.
The Employee Share Plan Specialist will undertake all aspects of share plan management and administration, particularly the:
- employee share plan offer cycles for the salary sacrifice and annual award plans, and their respective allocation/acquisition processes;
- internal and external reporting requirements; and
- point of reference for employee share plan enquiries and maintaining important stakeholder relationships.
