Our Project Delivery team, based at our Adelaide Airport office, is responsible for distributing some of the most advanced equipment in the mining, minerals and cement processing industries. Supplying our world class products to customers on every continent of the world to deliver real benefits in process efficiency and accuracy.

Key Resposibilities:

With recent changes in the business, our team has a need for a proficient and dedicated logistics specialist to manage the order fulfilment of our bulk material handling and measurement product line. This is a fast paced portfolio of products serving the entire Australian mining market and global customers alike. The role will fit a dynamic individual capable of managing concurrent projects for multiple products to be delivered to a range of customers and distributors.

Leading the order process within our facility you will need to be well linked with our commercial, engineering, purchasing and production teams to ensure that every order is delivered on time and within budget. Having experience in global export controls and documentation requirements for various regions will be an asset to the team and will be highly regarded. This will be a direct customer contact role working through challenges and delivering on expectations.

You will find success in this role if your experience has provided you with sound basic knowledge and understanding of project accounting, exposure to contracts through review and risk assessment, and experience dealing with order process roles ideally within a manufacturing industry containing a level of project management requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ideally to have formal qualifications in Project Management or Logistics.
  • Experience managing projects/orders through a manufacturing business.
  • Training with INFOR MRP system or similar is highly valued.
  • Drive to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Capability in preparing and submitting accurate documentation to government agencies, customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to bring stakeholders together and influence to resolve issues or conflicts affecting successful completion of projects/order.
  • Project accounting knowledge to manage and report the financials of the project/order.
