Insights Analyst

Reporting into the Insights Manager, your role is to solve business problems with data. Sound easy? Well the buck doesn’t stop there, you will inspire and empower RACV to be more member-centric. This will see you harness data assets to boost member engagement and growth whilst utilising member feedback to drive a competitive advantage.

Partnering with the business you will gain some quick wins by proactively sharing any strategic insights you discover all through the voice of the member (NPS). Day to day activities will see you manage the brand and advertising tracker, third party research suppliers and conduct assist in the preparation of segment and category specific insights.

Collaborating and influencing stakeholders is essential to this role, as is extensive experience in manipulating and interpreting quantitative data. You’ll bring a relevant qualification to the role coupled with solid programming experience with SAS Enterprise. The successful candidate will be results driven, understand the importance of people and strive to build and foster new and existing relationships whilst demonstrating exemplary stakeholder management skills. Consulting experience and exposure to SAS Enterprise Minor, R or SPSS will be highly regarded.

Front Office Manager

As a leader, you will naturally build capability in your team through coaching and mentoring while creating a culture that emphasises personalised and exceptional service. Playing a key role in the resort will see you build relationships with other operations that will ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service to all guests.
You will bring to the role prior experience gained from within a five-star hotel or resort front office operation, either at a Front Office Manager or Duty/Assistant Manager level. A strong understanding of managing budgets and yield management is also required to be successful in this role. Having worked in a four or five-star hotel or resort that has a large C&E operation, a qualification in a Hospitality Management discipline, Opera experience and/or having been a part of a pre-opening would all be highly regarded. Guest Service Agent

With the support of the Front Office Duty Manager & Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are met. This will be conducted by efficiently processing the reservations of guests/members, completing the check-in of arriving guests/members, receiving payments, posting transactions, completing the checkout of departing guests/members & quickly attending to all guest requests & enquiries.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:
  • Previous work experience in a similar fast paced hotel operation and/or reservations environment is preferable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication & time management skills with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Superior customer service skills along with excellent service resolution skills
  • The capability of working autonomously & as part of a team environment.
  • The ability to work well under pressure & possess a great attention to detail.
  • The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five star grooming standards.
  • The flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends, public holidays & the festive period.
