About the Role:
As a Works Dispatcher you will be responsible for the daily assignment of field resources to both planned and unplanned works. You will be required to ensure that all works are completed to maximise utilisation, productivity and target delivery targets, whilst meeting Health and Safety outcomes.

- Manage day to day works dispatch activities of planned and unplanned works.
- Prioritise, co-ordinate and ensure works are dispatched in a timely manner to ensure rescheduling is in line with business requirements.
- Manage fault activities during normal, emergency and escalated events.
- Update all relevant business information systems to ensure information is current to assist with the team making informed dispatch decisions.
- Co-ordinate information between customers, contact centre, field crews, internal stakeholders and other groups including external authorities (emergency services, internal stakeholders,
Required skills and experience:
- Advanced Diploma qualification in ESI Power Systems or a relevant technical trade discipline and/or
- Demonstrated experience in a similar type role
- Working knowledge of fault management related IT solutions including (but not limited to), PowerOn Outage Management System, GIS, IVR Google Earth
- Detailed knowledge of fault restoration procedures and the ability to resolve complex issues
