We have an opportunity in our southern suburbs of Perth , for an experienced, successful and driven executive retail manager for the role of a Senior Store Business Manager. Your role will be to lead and be to oversee a high turnover business with the following responsibilities;

  • Establish and deliver a 100% customer focused retail environment consistently
  • Build a strong cohesive management and team focused culture, to service both our in house and external customers
  • Effectively lead a business through delivery of key operational and financial targets inc of P&L, Budgets, OHS, Service, Culture
  • Continuously reviewing strategies and ideas on how to effectively reach store and business goals
  • Support, Coach and mentor our store business management leadership team and be an integral part of the Senior Leadership directives
