My client is prepared to offer this position to a driven sales associate with strong qualifying skills. You will have support from an experienced sales manager who has moved into a development role in the business.

Position Details:

  • Have been around for three years, but the director of the company has a long history in the industry
  • Building homes throughout Geelong, Torquay, and Bellarine
  • Boutique home builder, targeting 2nd/3rd home builders (mature clientele, mainly professionals and business owners)
  • They are looking to cap sales at 48 homes for the first year, only a slight increase from their current numbers
  • You will be the sole Sales Consultant in the business
  • You will have daily support from an experienced Sales Manager and Administrator
  • You will work from the display home, Saturday through to Wednesday (Thur and Fri is your weekend)
  • The display home is located right next to a few big names, meaning you will have good foot traffic. There are 14 builders in the display village.

This full time role will predominantly be based on reception.   • Treatment room administration
