Restaurant Reservations/Customer Service
You’ll be part of our Restaurant Reservations/Customer Service team at HQ which is one of the core departments that keeps Merivale guests up to date with what’s on across the entire Merivale group. The main focus of our team is to deliver great customer service to enhance the Merivale guest experience. You will be part of a fast paced dynamic team who have been recognised as one of Merivale’s high performing departments at HQ.
You’ll be responsible for answering a high volume of phone calls and online enquiries, meeting sales incentives, accessing the inbox emails, delegating tasks and building relationships with our restaurant managers to ensure their needs are consistently met. Additionally, you’ll be using administration skills, sending daily reservations reports and assisting in bookings for special events such as Valentine’s Day, Melbourne Cup, New Year’s eve etc
