You will be at the heart of your team’s business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your environment, customers and colleagues. Helping the team stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.
Working behind the scenes, our admin team, and assistants make a significant impact on the people we support as well as our customers and partners alike. We’re adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous tasks and projects, which requires the particular talent of being able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
Your role will include:
• Greeting Guests
• Manage meeting rooms
• Managing office stock levels
• Catering & coffee orders
• Manage incoming/outgoing calls, mail, courier and emails
• Manage office maintenance
• Assist with event coordination
• Assist with improvement initiatives
• General Ad Hoc as required
