We are looking for a super organised problem solver to directly support two of our busy General Managers within Healthcare and Strategy. In this role you will provide high level confidential support and assist in navigating through all areas of the Medibank business and liaising with plenty of external stakeholders.
You will be proactive in identifying opportunities, implementing solutions and be the first point of contact for all the day-to-day administrative support to ensure the effectiveness of the GMs’ daily activities. This role will be based in our Phillip Street office.
As a Personal Assistant, you will also collaborate as part of a broader EA and PA community to ensure that Medibank’s senior leadership teams are setup for success. Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring your General Managers are appropriately briefed & prepared prior to internal & external meetings or conferences including preparing daily briefing packs, meeting packs and reading packs on a daily and weekly basis;
- Proactive and extensive diary and calendar management, including negotiating and scheduling meetings;
- Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the Medibank Group and liaising with the Group Executive and a range of senior external stakeholders and contacts ;
- Developing, updating and maintaining administrative systems and documentation including preparing board papers and reports..
