Are you passionate about sales support and business development?
Provide sales and administrative support to the Account Management team including:
oAssist with regular scheduled webinar training as well as some face-to-face at agents as required.
oManage the webinar calendars and follow up with agents
oMaintain training documents and sales aids
Provide agent relationship contact and escalation support for Account Team whilst they are on leave
Collate, manage and distribute sales and statistical reports to the account team and clients as well as quarterly invoices/statements and revenue share reports
Collate and manage promotional campaign orders, instore/online promotional materials
Follow up on Marketing/legal sign off of agent promotions as required
Manage PO requests for promotions and Joint Marketing Fund usage
Administrative support as required for Account team as well as liaison/follow up with internal teams on agent issues and escalations
Agent set up and maintenance liaise internally with Agent set up team on establishment of new as well as existing agent maintenance
Re-Accreditations Liaise with Accreditation and Compliance staff on Agent re-accreditation requirements and follow up Account managers/Agents as required for completion

Assist with agent sales visits/outbound calls as required
