Executive/Manager – Real Estate

You will work in a fast paced, challenging environment where you will be exposed to activities associated with M&A, fund and asset management, and capital markets.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of transactions which includes investments, divestments and refinancing and will be supporting the management of existing real estate assets by executing activities such as asset valuation and performance analysis through financial modelling and scenario analysis.  You will also be responsible for originating and developing new investment opportunities as well as working closely with other professional advisors in a transaction setting, including legal and financial advisors.

With a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Economics or Finance you will have at least four years’ of proven experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or the Real Estate sector with hands on experience in M&A activities.  Fluency in both English and Mandarin are essential, and you are also required to have strong analytical and numerical skills including experience with cash flow and ratio analysis.  You will also have a team player mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.

Business Analyst 

You will be responsible for supporting the management of existing fund assets by executing activities such as asset valuation and performance analysis through financial modelling and scenario analysis.  You will also be responsible for assisting with the review and approval of asset acquisitions as well as owning research projects and analysis relating to both existing and targeted assets.

You will bring a tertiary qualification in a quantitative field from a top tier university. Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or the Infrastructure sector and Asian language skills will be viewed as an advantage.  You’ll also possess strong analytical and numerical skills and will be able to demonstrate a track record of teamwork and strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Senior Associate – Finance

Working within a supportive team you will be responsible for maintaining accounting records of funds, including the reviewing of financial statements and managing the relationships with fund administrators and finance teams in invested assets to ensure they provide the necessary information and deliverables.  You will also have responsibility for coordinating with external tax advisors, our internal tax team and the business in relation to tax returns and tax issues. Finally, you will also have accountability for reporting to investors and cash management including drawdowns and distributions.

You will have a minimum of two years of proven experience within accounting, in either an asset management company, a financial institution or an accounting firm. Fluency in English and Korean is essential, as are strong analytical skills, a high level of energy and the ability to work well as part of a team.
