Lead Experience Designer

We’re more than just tech and innovation. We’re a collection of passionate people who give purpose to technology.

These are the most important aspects of our business – in fact, so important that we’ve used them to literally inspire our name.

We’re a technology services organisation focused on transforming businesses, from the network to digital experience and we do it all with a purpose in mind.

We’re looking for a Lead Experience Designer who:

  • Can champion a discovery engagement to uncover and define the right problems to solve
  • Has experience working in an Agile environment
  • Can be involved in solving problems across:

– The User Experience

– The Client’s Business

– The Design Process itself

Our Design practice draws on the fundamentals, including qualitative research, personas, rapid prototyping, wireframing/storyboarding and usability testing. We analyse usage data and traffic patterns and employ an agile mindset, beyond the rituals. We’re software-agnostic (but have found success with Sketch, Photoshop, InVision, and the irreplaceable Sharpie).

The shopping list (highly desired):
