Customer Experience Advisor

The Customer Experience Advisor role is a specialist role responsible for defining the customer journey and driving the customer experience across chosen customer segments. This role adds value by ensuring and supporting the Portfolio in defining the end to end customer experience across the value chain. A central focus on finding ways to improve customer experience, enhancing relationships and loyalty. The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to identify pain points in the customer journey, drive the delivery of solutions with relevant areas for product / service / process improvement. The primary purpose of the Claims Consultant role is to assist in the management of Workers Compensation claims with the aim to help injured worker’s recovery and return to work as quickly and safely as possible.
