Service Delivery Associate
We’re seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Digital Printer Operator to join our team to effectively deliver contracted print services on a client’s site in Sydney. The desired candidate will need to have strong knowledge & experience delivering formatted digital prints, finishing and binding operations. Previous experience working within a busy print room environment would be preferable; as well as having exceptional customer service skills and working within a team.
The key responsibilities in this role are to operate the Fuji Xerox Digital Printers and finishing equipment to effectively produce quality prints to our client.
Additional daily requirements include:
- Preparing and delivering document services to meet customer specifications
- Converting files to a compatible format, including manipulating data for printing and/or copying
- Scanning and preparing documents that require manipulation (e.g. cut, paste, sizing)
- Paper delivery and general maintenance of the copier fleet (MFD/desktop printers)
- Mail sorting and distribution
- General administration to support the print room
