Internal Account Representative

As an Internal Account Representative, you will support the Sales and Marketing lead generation process. This is a customer facing role, where the Internal Account Representative will follow up on leads generated by Sales and Marketing initiatives and qualify a client’s interest in pursuing a follow up discussion with an Experian Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales and Marketing lead generation process:
    • Achieve monthly and annual targets set
    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
    • Present Experian to potential clients
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Schedule appointments for Account Managers, where leads are qualified
    • Report on sales activity against agreed metrics
    • Generate proposals on agreed standardised templates
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of clients, contracts, opportunities and other information using Salesforce
  • Ensure that client satisfaction is maintained through effective sales support and regular contact
  • Maintain regular interaction by mail and phone with clients and prospects to engage them with our Experian brand and ensure good participation in different events, workshops, webinars or customer advisory boards

Technical Writer

The Technical Writer/Business Analyst is responsible for creating, standardizing, and maintaining all technical and operational documentation for services as well as supporting business processes through complex process review and analysis. Must have excellent research skills and be able to organize and translate both technical and analytical terms into text that any reader can understand. 
Job Duties:
• To create, develop, standardize, and maintain technical documentation.
• Create and maintain content for various types of documentation, internal and external, including but not limited to training materials, user guides, release notes, root cause analysis, flow charts and business requirements.
• Review updates and changes to assess impact to existing content.
• Manage the development of product guides and use standard tools and technology to create and deliver publications in various formats.
• Complete writing assignments according to set industry standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
• Conduct requirements gathering with subject matter experts
• Conduct gap analyses, document and communicate findings with recommendations for next steps
• Communicate with customer representatives to publish documentation and to establish technical specifications. 
• Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, delivery, and methods of reproduction, including online publishing and web-based content to meet requirements.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other team members, software developers, implementation, operations, marketing, and administrative staff as an integral part of cross-functional product teams.
