Bakery Manager – Salary : $45.000 – $55.000 /year

You should make suggestions to the people in your team, and be able to manage them correctly by coaching them. You must strive for the development of yourself and your team.

Keep track of successful staff and reward appropriately. Take the necessary measures to reach your sales targets. Ensure cost control at all times and ensure that new staff are recruited as required.

Ensure that products are properly stocked and presented to the customer. Make the necessary audits and ensure compliance, taking into account company policies. Always ensure that people and food are safe.

Do your best to keep customers happy with their shopping. Always maintain company standards and ensure top-notch service.
