Customer Relations Specialist

- Work towards meeting performance targets across Vic Workers Compensation.
- Supporting claims teams in achieving a consistent application of strategy and claims management on claims.
- Be an expert in the claims area (in particular return to work and liability) to support the claims teams on targets, reporting and performance.
- Identify performance opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance across the business.
- Assist with the development and deployment of strategies, initiatives and pilots.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about uncovering customer feedback, presenting this to the business and a little tech savvy. In this role, you will help confidently tell the customer story to the rest of the business.
- Conduct detailed analysis of divisional Customer Experience Performance Results, and identify strengths or pain points, using various tools to analyse
