  • Reporting directly to the Regional Manager you will:

  • Promote leadership and development by actively developing people from store level onwards coaching, engaging and motivating your team;
  • Develop workforce resourcing plans, including pathways for high performers; 
  • Drive compliance initiatives that ensure our people, our customers and operations are safe;
  • Govern cost control by imparting a business owner mindset and ability to deliver cost efficiencies.
