Responsibilities

a) Follow Burger Urge essentials e.g. uniform, grooming guidelines punctuality
b) Understand the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of Burger Urge Policies and procedures

d) Assisting other team members when needed while demonstrating consideration for proper procedures

Store Manager

The main responsibility of a Burger Urge Store Manager is to effectively oversee and manage the running of the store, whilst leading a team by example that continually delivers a high level of operational performance in a clean and safe environment.
