An exciting opportunity to join the BIG W marketing team, reporting into the Head of Brand Marketing. Specifically working across the Him/Her Apparel teams, your role be to bring the BIG W customer plan to life through partnering with the commercial to deliver the marketing plan.
Inspire a deep love for the BIG W brand and partner with the Senior Category Managers to deliver and work within the Brand Purpose, Brand Architecture and Brand Framework based on the overall brand direction set by the GM of Marketing
Work within the key brand and price platforms and ensure consistency of execution in communications and in-store
Use customer and category insights to collaborate and execute a compelling customer 1st brand, marketing and content plan that seamlessly integrates into the Customer Plan across owned, earned and bought channels
Direct creative output for BIG W
Partner with creative agencies to deliver against the plan
Coach and develop a team member & marketing professional with clear development plans and succession planning in place
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following career experiences:
• Solid previous experience as a marketing manager of a brand or brands, ideally within a retail business
• Experience partnering with cross functional teams where you are seen as a trusted advisor
• People leadership experience
• Experience in a turnaround business will be highly regarded
