The role
Big W, a well-known company in Australia, is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Analyst to collaborate with its Commercial, Replenishment, and Store Operations teams.
- The position entails improving the efficient flow of stock through the Logistics network by providing end-to-end visibility and analysis of stock movement through the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of stock to stores.
- The Logistics Analyst will report to the Logistics Support Manager and will be responsible for providing visibility of at-risk brochure stock to the Logistics teams, developing and efficiently communicating logistics plans for key events, managing logistics constraints during peak periods, identifying and implementing supply chain initiatives, and streamlining information for stakeholders.

About You
The successful candidate for the Logistics Analyst role must possess several key skills and experiences, including superior relationship management abilities to build rapport with peers and stakeholders at all levels and resolve conflicts to achieve business objectives.
- They must also demonstrate an ability to transform and validate large amounts of data using various systems, preferably WMS and SAP, and have a strong attention to detail with the capacity to make independent decisions.
- The candidate must also show a proven ability to work independently on multiple tasks and deliver within agreed time frames. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel), reporting, and Google (Docs, Sheets) are essential.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain or Retail would be advantageous.
