We are currently recruiting for an outstanding Assistant Buyer to join our team based in the Support Centre in Leichhardt, Sydney.
This role will work with the Buyer to ensure all aspects of the buying cycle and critical paths are met. This will include analysis of business and opportunities, managing fit sessions, comp shop analysis, story board management, preparing tech packs, weekly reporting and other administrative tasks.
You will have proven experience working in a similar role within the retail industry, have a passion for product that is balanced with commercial acumen, have excellent communication skills, be able to manage tight deadlines and will also want to contribute to a team in order to grow your portfolio.
We are currently recruiting for an outstanding Merchandise Allocator to join our Retail Planning team based in the Support Centre in Leichhardt, Sydney.
Here at Best and Less our Allocators play an important role in delivering the shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the availability of our ranges in stores satisfy customer demand.
Through providing analysis on stock positions and helping shape inventory strategy, the allocator role gives you a great platform to begin your career in Retail Planning.
What the role entails:
As an Allocator reporting to the Merchandise Planner you will:
• Perform stock allocations to stores for our new styles to ensure the right stores, get the rights products at the right time in the right quantities.
• Complete sales and stock analysis to create stock replenishment plans for our stores.
• Track our stock deliveries from our supply base across the world and the flow through our distribution network.
• Performing store visits to investigate stock opportunities and risks.
• Attend weekly trade meetings with the team to formulate stock strategies to drive the performance of your department.
• Assist the Merchandise Planner with analysis and key learnings for the season that will shape next year’s product and stock strategies.
We are on the hunt for energetic & down to earth team members to join our Mittagong team! We are looking to fill casual roles, requiring availability to work on weekends if required. This role is hands on, customer focused & would suit someone with an eye for detail.
