This opportunity suits team focussed candidates with general insurance experience, to work as part of our Global and Corporate broking team in Sydney.
Not only will you be mentoring support staff, you will also receive ongoing mentorship from senior brokers who collectively service clients in the Health, Mining and Construction, Real Estate, Entertainment, Food and Beverage, and Energy sectors.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with a senior broker, or brokers, to service a portfolio of corporate clients
- Attending and participating in client and insurer meetings
- Answering and responding to daily client queries, and producing all relevant client documentation from renewal reports to endorsements
- You will also be across the management of complex ISR schedules, and gain an understanding of London placements
- Being collaborative amongst the team whilst identifying process improvement opportunities

Responsibilities will include:
- Advisory support will form the main responsibilities for this role. This will include analytical and general project support to Advisory led consulting assignments along with further refinement and application of an intermediate level understanding across various fields of remuneration consulting –remuneration benchmarking, remuneration strategy / framework design, incentive plan design, sales compensation, reward optimisation, remuneration review support and solutions.
- Executive remuneration survey subscriber account management and development responsibilities; including proactive account management of survey participants management of data audits, and ownership of developing new survey participants and new surveys by proactively driving related sales and marketing initiatives and actively contributing to thought leadership development.
