We are currently looking for a Coal Analyst with a strong operational background in coal mining operations. Applicants with 3-5 years of coal mining operations experience coupled with a mining engineering degree are encouraged to apply.
The Coal Analyst will work closely with the existing team of mining engineers to analyse Coal operations across the globe and provide valuable insight on the Mining Industry to our clients. Your primary role will be completing site-by-site research and analysis on Coal operations using your technical understanding of mining operations and writing insightful and engaging reports for our clients and social media.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have sound knowledge of the commodities, metals and/or mining industries (in particular, coal), coupled with strong client service/management skills and commercial acumen. The ability to think critically whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail is paramount.
